Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

To guarantee on-time delivery:

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
Local public holidays (both in Barcelona and at the destination) may extend the delivery time.
We do not offer delivery during specific time slots. Please double-check your address and postal code before finalizing your order. In case of an error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
If the order cannot be delivered due to absence, the carrier will attempt to contact you. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the order will be returned, and the product price will be refunded, but not the shipping costs. If the customer refuses the package after shipment, they will be responsible for any resulting costs.
During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day, etc.), delivery times may be longer.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized products or products with a custom name/message, which by their nature cannot be returned (Art. 103.c LGDCU). For standard products, the item must be unopened and in perfect condition. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
